樓下有星級餐廳，紅酒佳餚，房間乾淨，空間足夠，但備品有些稀少會需要一直和櫃檯拿備品，熱水是除熱型的熱水器，所以洗澡間隔要拉長。

花灑水很弱，沖涼還可以，長頭髮女士洗頭有些困難。很多毛巾都有有黃色的汙跡，而且非常陳舊，原本白色的毛巾已變成灰色的，很可怕。大堂有三張祼女大掛畫，以為這是**酒店，在馬來西亞一個回教為主的國家，女士出門都要戴頭巾，掛上祼女畫真是不知所謂。職員很好，很友善，我問清潔姐姐取白色乾淨一點的毛巾，她尷尬地抱歉，因為她實在找不到。

No complaints. The restaurant was also a nice touch’s but expensive. Overall can’t complain some noisy people in the hotel but that’s not the hotels faults

設施還可以位置還是挺不錯對面就是車站吃的去汕頭街也很方便走路去附近的吃的都還不錯總體來看性價比還是不錯

The place is closed to everything i love eg. Food, bubble tea, chagee, all sweet thing. Staff very nice and helpful. The room is fine but toilet is not that clean. The floor in shower area is hurt my feet 😬

Nice room with really friendly, helpful staff. The location is the best you can get in George Town, walkable for all the central hawker stalls and tourist sights, plus right by the Komtar bus terminal to get to everywhere else on the island. Only complaint is that the wifi wasn’t good.

フロントの人は感じがよく、部屋は広かったが、水回りの洗面、トイレシャワーから下水の匂いがして殘念だった。シャワーは水しか出なくて悲しかった。ベットなどは綺麗だったが、部屋にも水まりの設備からの匂いが充満していて、とにかく洗面の扉を閉めるを徹底したら、朝方には部屋の匂いは気にならなくなった。(それでも水回りの臭いに変わりはなかった。)

This hotel got a goods and convenience location to go through every of foodie and near bus stations for there to other parts of Malaysia and border of southern of Thailand’s so within walk distance that is a good place for you to visit and stay for a couple of days in the centre of Penang near George town

L’hotel è in un ottima posizione, praticamente a 5-10 minuti a piedi da tutti i punti principali. Albergo pulito con personale accogliente e disponibile (servizio lavanderia ottimo: 10 MYR al Kg per il giorno successivo oppure 20 MYR al Kg con servizio express per lo stesso giorno). Unica pecca la colazione: tempi di attesa lunghissimi.
